VennPD is a marketplace built to support preK-12 teachers and leaders to train other teachers and leaders through live, engaging meaningful, virtual professional development sessions. We all have skills to share with each other. Instead of relying on impersonal, large-group PD at school or in a conference room, let's help each other out on our time from wherever we are.

Hi, I’m Couch
I started teaching in 2009 and have spent 15 years teaching, coaching, and leading in public and private schools. Since the pandemic, we have been able to connect with colleagues more comfortably and effectively online. At the same time, many of us are still subject to the old way of receiving professional development at our schools, or at big conferences requiring us to travel away from our families for largely impersonal, one-size-fits-all PD that doesn't really help us in the classroom and hallways.
We've started VennPD to provide an alternative for all of us. As a teacher, you can host online sessions and get paid to share your skills with others. Also, you can improve your own ability by engaging in PD sessions offered by our fellow educators. Not only will you engage in rich discussion that will help you be a better teacher, but your money will go right back to another teacher. We're going to lift each other up financially, relationally, and pedagogically!
